TERMS
- $2600 per week in July and August.
- $2100 per week in June and September utilities included.
- Firewood purchased on request or windfalls for the taking.
- A week’s deposit or fifty percent will reserve the cottage.
- The remainder plus a security deposit of $200 per week payable upon occupancy.
- CANCELLATIONS: Deposit refundable subject to re-renting.
Tenants responsible for…
- bringing their own sheets and pillow cases
- Trash separation and transporting to local pick up area,
- Good care of the camp, furnishings, boat and grounds.
The cottage must be left in the condition found upon occupancy.
